    Exeter College was established in 1970 as the first tertiary college in the UK and provides education and training to students from across Exeter, the heart of Devon and further afield. It welcomes over 4,400 full time students, 5,400 part time adult learners and 1,600 work based learning students, including 550 apprentices with local and regional employers. Engineering, maths and science subject students benefit from strong links with local and national industry leaders including the ground-breaking partnership with Flybe through the engineering diploma and our links with the Met Office €“particularly its support for our Reach Academy for academically gifted students. The college will soon boast a brand new £8.5million dedicated Technology Centre being built on the outskirts of Monkerton to accommodate the growing Engineering, Aerospace and Automotive faculty.
